Here are both cycles of Kamigawa full-art basics. One on the left, and the other on the right. Can you guess what’s the difference between the two cycles?

Where to Get Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty Full-art Basic Lands?
You can get these lands in all three main types of boosters from Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty. Here’s the list of the products that can have them:
However, not all of these are equal, and you aren’t guaranteed to open a full art land in a Set or a Draft booster. Why? Because only one in three Set and Draft boosters contains a full art Ukiyo-e basic land. Collector booster, on the other hand, always contains a foil full-art basic land.
What does this mean if you’re buying a whole booster box? Let’s take a look:
|Neon Dynasty Box||Boosters||Lands|
|Draft Booster Box||36||around 12|
|Set Booster Box||30||around 10|
|Collector Booster Box||12||12 foil|
So if you want these lands in foil, your best bet are the Collector boosters. On the other hand, if you want to get the biggest amount of them per dollar spent, Draft boosters will slightly outperform Set boosters.
Note that this are just averages, which doesn’t necessary mean that you’ll get the exact number of lands in the Set and Draft boosters.
These lands got their name by their art style. It’s a Japanese art genre, called Ukiyo-e. You’ve probably seen the image of The Great Wave off Kangawa, which is one of the most iconic Ukiyo-e artworks.
