One Piece ST30: Decklist & Information

Want to know more about the 30th One Piece Starter deck? You’re at the right place, as below you’ll find the complete ST30 decklist, as well as some additional details about the deck.

Before we get to the actual decklist, let’s quickly check what the deck is about.

OP-ST30: Luffy & Ace

ST30 Ace & Luffy One Piece EX Starter Decks List

The deck plays out like a more aggressively-slanted midrange deck. You’ve got some efficient red attackers, and green effects to control the board.

There are a lot of effects that care about original power of characters being exactly 6000. Naturally, deck is full of such cards, so you can really take advantage of those effects.

So, if you like playing with high-power cards (literally), you’re going to enjoy ST30 deck.

Note that this is Starter Deck EX, the DON!! cards are foil and it also contains an extra booster pack, in which contains a single card that also appears in the deck, but with alternate art. The best pull is usually the Leader. Speaking of which, let’s take a look at it.

Leader: Luffy & Ace

ST30-001 Luffy & Ace
  • 1x Ace and Newgate ST22-001
  • Red and Green Leader
  • 4 Life / 6000 Power (Strike / Special)
  • Impel Down / Whitebeard Pirates / Straw Hat Crew
  • If you have a character with an original power of 7000 or more, give this leader -2000 power.
  • [Opponent’s Turn] Give all your Portgas D. Ace and Monkey.D.Luffy +3000 power.

This is a two-color Leader, which is fairly uncommon, at least as far as the Starter decks go. Just 4 Life is certainly a disadvantage, but at least you’re getting 6000 Power out of the deal.

Keep in mind that the power will be reduced, if you have a character with more than 7000 original power. Thankfully, that can be easily offset by simply not playing such cards. As you’ll see in the decklist, the power of your characters tops at 6000.

Nevertheless, there are a few Portgas D. Ace and Monkey.D.Luffy cards in the deck, which will benefit from a significant power boost during your opponent’s turn.

ST30 Decklist (Card List)

Here are all the cards you can expect in the deck. (In addition to the Leader which you saw above and the default 10 DON!! cards.) As of writing of this article, some of the English cards weren’t available yet, so you can find the translations on the right.
