What is Time Spiral Remastered?
Time Spiral is a brand new MTG set that contains reprints from the Time Spiral block plus some additional cards. Wizards designed this set with Draft in mind.
Time Spiral block contained the following three sets:
- Time Spiral
- Planar Chaos
- Future Sight
The set will include 289 cards:
- 121 common
- 100 uncommon
- 53 rare
- 15 mythic rare
However, that’s not all – there will be reprints from other Magic sets, and with a very special frame. They are called Timeshifted cards.

Timeshifted Cards – Old Frame MTG Cards
There will be 121 timeshifted cards. These cards will all have pre-Modern border, so the original MTG frame. There will be various cards in this category, including stuff like Path to Exile and Lotus Bloom. However, there will be no planeswalkers in this frame.

There’s more good news for nostalgic players – foils will also feature the shooting star watermark, that was used in the early Magic days.
