Nowadays, each set comes with a headliner card. That is the rarest, and therefore priciest card — essentially the pull everyone is hoping to get. But there’s a twist coming with Ninja Turtles, as there will be four TMNT Headliner cards. (One for each iconic turtle.)

What Are TMNT Headliner Cards?
These are alternate-art cards of the four mythic Ninja Turtles. You can find their regular versions on the left, and the Headliner treatments on the right.
As you can see, the cards feature artwork from no other than Kevin Eastman, the original illustrator of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
The artwork is exclusive to this variant, and features a special golden frame and shiny stamp of the artist’s signature, making the card really stand out.
Where Can You Open Signed Ninja Turtles?
These cards can only be opened in TMNT Collector boosters. They are always in English language even in non-English boosters.
As far as the odds go, we haven’t gotten the official confirmation yet. However, they will be really minuscule. For example, the textless version of The Soul Stone was estimated to appear in 0.015% of Collector boosters.
It’ll be interesting to see how Wizards decide to handle the four variants. Will they be four times as common as other Headliner cards? Or will the odds remain the same, making a specific Ninja Turtle even harder to get?
