Among the four Outlaws of Thunder Junction Commander decks there’s also the Most Wanted precon. Will it be the most popular one? That’s yet to be seen, but it’ll certainly feature some villains. In this article, you’ll find its decklist, as well as all new cards that appear for the first time in this deck.
Before we get to that, let’s check what this precon is trying to do.
Outlaws and Treasures
Surprisingly enough, it features two themes. You’ll probably familiar with with the Treasure tokens, which are artifacts that can be sacrificed for mana. However, what are outlaws?
Outlaws is a new name for the following five creature types:
- Assassin
- Mercenary
- Pirate
- Rogue
- Warlock
This deck will feature plenty of those creatures, and rewards for playing them. In a way, that’s similar to many tribal decks, but instead of one creature type, you care about five.
Of course, your outlaws will be loyal to you only if there’s a benefit to it. That’s where the Treasures come in. These artifacts are very popular, so it’s no big surprise that they’ve returned here.
Olivia, Opulent Outlaw

Apparently, outlaws don’t just take Treasure, they also share the plunder with you. That’s pretty neat. We’re talking, of course about the fact that you’re getting Treasure tokens whenever you deal combat damage with outlaws to players.
Then, you also get another use for those Treasures by buffing all of your creatures with two +1/+1 counters. Now that can be a big swing, even if at a sorcery speed.
All of that is included on a 3/3 flying lifelinker, which is a nice package. While Olivia is probably not the most broken commander, it can certainly do some work in the right shell.

Most Wanted Spoilers
Here are all new cards that appear in this deck. Along with the commander, this makes for 10 total new cards.

Most Wanted Upgrade Guide
You’ll need to wait a couple of days or so for the full upgrade guide, but in the meantime, you can take a look at the following three cards. All of these are extremely good fits for this deck, and will surely make it better.
Black Market Connections

Two of the three modes work perfectly in this deck. Creating Treasure tokens is amazing, as is getting a 3/2 changeling. Since it has all creature types, it’s also an outlaw, which is exactly what this deck is looking for.
Oh, and of course drawing a card is always good, even if it isn’t the most on theme. All the life loss can add up, but at least Olivia has lifelink, so you can recoup it back.
Breeches, Eager Pillager

Next up, a much more budget-friendly card. Breeches is a Pirate, so it’ll count as an outlaw. Furthermore, it can create Treasure tokens, which is neat. Making creatures unable to block, makes it easier to trigger Olivia’s ability.
Once again, a third effect is card advantage. While not what we were looking for specifically, it’s still useful.
Dockside Extortionist

Okay, it’s a bit weird to recommend such an obvious red Commander staple, but it does make a lot of sense here. It’s an outlaw, and it make a ton of Treasures. Sure, if your play group despises strong cards you might want to avoid it, but if anything goes, it’ll certainly make your Most Wanted precon much better.
More Commander Stuff
That’s it for the Most Wanted precon. If it isn’t exactly most wanted for you, there’s a whole lot of other options. For example, you can check the other three decks released alongside this one:
Finally, if none of those is to your liking check for the Upcoming MTG sets. Perhaps there’s something that you’ll enjoy more than a Wild West world.
Until next time, have fun, and may you put your Treasures to good use.
